I am looking for information regarding my Father, Joseph Fetterman, of company A 23rd tank battalion. I am his daughter and I found his honorable discharge papers. He died June 6th 1970 at the age of 55. I found your message board and would appreciate your help.

Hi Linda,
I met with Mike at the National Reunion, who told me of your request. I called my father who was also in A Company of the 23rd Tank Battalion. Unfortunately, he doesn't recall your father. That's not to say he didn't know your father, it's just that the fog of time and age plays a large part in this. I believe there are only about 10 A Company guys left, so let me do some digging around. Give me a week or so.

Dear Geoff,
Thank you for your help. I understand that it is hard to remember since my Father died so many years ago. If he was alive I am sure he would have gone to the reunions every year. Again thank you. I am very grateful to find this site and will visit it often.
